Our impregnated paper is mainly used for low pressure lamination on wood based boards. We are able produce paper from rolls of raw paper 65 to 130 g/m2 and delivered it in sheets on palets. Our production width is from 750 mm to 2200 mm (usual size is 1170 to 2070 mm). Length of sheets are from 700 mm to 3260 mm.
Our impregnation is usually in two steps. The first step is wet impregnation and the second step is resin solution application by raster cylinders.
We use aminoplastic resin, with more then 50% of melamineformaldehyde resin content. Generally we have possibility to mix up requested composition depend on your wish. We have very precise automatic dosing sytem which guarantee requested results.
During production and before exporting our products we are testing all parametrs against (according) checking plan (kontrolní plán – dle ISO ). We are able present or to add this result to every delivery.
Packiging is on wooden pallets and impregnated paper is covered in foil to protect it from dust and humidity.
